Do you ship packages internationally?

We currently do not ship outside the 48 U.S. contiguous states.

My package is damaged or lost.

New Edge Trading is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost, please contact us [newedgetrading20@gmail.com or (414) 676-4116‬]. We will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim on your behalf.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

All orders are processed within the same business day (if order is placed before 5pm CST). Otherwise expect for the order to be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
